A Historic Finish Championship du France Podium at the Solo Concarneau 2018

Alan crossed the finish line in 3rd place. The best British result in this race, and Alan's personal best in 4 years on the circuit

He finished only 5 minutes behind race winner Anthony Marchand and 30 seconds behind 2nd place Alexis Loison

"I'm very happy with this race, it's been a tough one with not much sleep... I managed to get off to a good start but I dropped back slightly in a tricky part of the course that had lots of land effects. I'm really happy with how I came back in the end. I had some good speed in an area that I've never had good speed in before."
